Pursuant to article 11 of the Constituent Declaration and Functions and Rules of Procedure of the Caribbean Development and Cooperation Committee (LC/CAR/G.780/Rev.1), the venue of the meetings of the Monitoring Committee shall be the subregional headquarters for the Caribbean, unless a member of the Committee offers to host the meeting.
